I had a comfortable stay at Hotel 1620. The rooms were clean with excellent facilities and the most comfortable bed I've slept in, though they were a little old and had a slight musty smell. The noise levels were a bit high at times, but overall, the experience was good.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were adequate and had excellent facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
Service
9.0
The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make arrangements for us when needed. They were very helpful and concerned about our comfort.
Location
10.0
The location was perfect for our needs, very central to everything we wanted. It was the primary reason we booked at Hotel 1620.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were convenient, but I'd recommend being cautious with pricing as some items ended up being more expensive than expected.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had great facilities, and the indoor pool was a nice option to enjoy. However, the noise levels could be a bit bothersome at times.

7.0/10
The hotel is centrally located in Plymouth, making it easy to walk to various shops and restaurants. The rooms, though cozy, felt closed in with the only window facing the indoor pool. There was a faint smell of cat urine, which was off-putting, but the amenities and pleasant staff somewhat made up for it.

The hotel's prime location in the center of Plymouth was fabulous for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants, but it could improve in some areas.
Dining

While there were some cleanliness concerns and limited breakfast options, the a la carte menu offered fresh ingredients.
Facilities

The facilities were adequate but need some attention to cleanliness.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were a bit musty and hot compared to non-balcony rooms, but the people staying there were friendly. Unfortunately, the room wasn't clean when I arrived, and it wasn't ready at the scheduled time.
Rooms
6.0
The room, although a bit musty and hot, was nice, and I enjoyed interacting with the friendly guests. However, cleanliness was a concern upon my arrival, and it wasn't ready on time.
Service
9.0
The service was top-notch. The staff members were very nice, pleasant, and always willing to assist. Special kudos to Nicole at the front desk, who went out of her way to make sure I had coffee at 6:00 am.
Location
8.0
The location was incredible, situated in downtown Plymouth Harbor, with everything within walking distance. I enjoyed exploring the historical sites, shops, restaurants, and bars in the vicinity. However, I had an issue with unexpected taxes and fees that I believed were not part of my original booking.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were limited, but the dishes, especially the corned beef hash, were delicious. I found the pricing a bit steep, particularly when additional charges were unclear.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were satisfactory. However, improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness and ensuring everything is ready on time.
